    3) Confidentiality & IP Commitment

    I/We (The Service Provider) hereby commit to full confidentiality regarding all files, models, designs, and technical information received through the platform, and acknowledge the following:

    • Not to use client models for any purpose other than fulfilling the order.

    • Not to photograph, publish, share, or display models or final products in any media or digital outlet.

    • Not to use them in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or social media.

    • Not to reproduce the model or sell it to a third party.

    • Not to retain copies of files after the order is completed (except upon official request from the client).

    • This applies unless there is written and official permission from the client or the platform management.
